- As Director General of DG/PCQPA (2008-2012): Initiating 30 legal texts (Decrees, Orders and Publications, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia) which represents 55% of the legal texts published between 1990 and 2012 (except laws). These texts concern Plant Quarantine, Pesticides and Seeds & Seedlings

- As Director of ESAK (1994-2000 and 2003-2008): Leading the Reform of the studies to modify the specialty of the Engineer Education (Agronomic Sciences) and the specialty of the Senior Technician Education (Techniques of the Agricultural Production), according to the License/Master/Doctorate system as well as creating a new cycle of e-Learning Continuous Education (Agricultural Production) for adults
